How GridMind automations run
In the workspace you create an automation, choose an action and a schedule, and save. The schedule runs server-side against your last saved workbook, stores the result in a run history, and shows the next run time.

Design rules that keep automations trustworthy
- One automation, one purpose — do not bundle a cleanup and an alert together
- Alerts need a threshold, not a feeling: state the percentage or absolute change
