Using the service

• You may use the free tools without an account
• You are responsible for the data you upload and for having the right to use it
• Do not use the service to break the law or to attempt to access other users' data
• Do not attempt to overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Payments

• Saving or downloading a workbook costs $100 per action
• Payments are processed by PayPal by card or PayPal balance
• There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel
• If a payment is taken but the save or download did not complete, contact us and we will resolve it

AI output

AI output is generated text. It can be wrong. Formulas, measures, queries and written findings are drafts for you to review, test and verify against your own data before relying on them.

You remain responsible for anything you publish based on output from this service.

Third-party services

Connecting Power BI is subject to Microsoft's own terms. GridMind acts only on the credentials and queries you configure.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid for the affected action.
