GridMind is for analysts, controllers and reporting teams who work in Power BI and spreadsheets every day and are tired of doing the same mechanical steps by hand.
What GridMind does
- Imports CSV, TSV and Excel files into an editable grid
- Connects to your own Power BI tenant with your own credentials
- Answers questions about the loaded data and applies changes to the sheet
- Builds charts and dashboards from the columns in your data
- Runs scheduled automations for summaries, alerts and cleanups
- Exports the result back to CSV or Excel
What it deliberately does not do
- Invent figures — AI answers are based on the data you load
- Replace your data model — Power BI stays the source of truth
- Hide the workings — generated formulas come with explanations
- Lock you in — your data exports in standard formats at any time
How your data is handled
On the free tools, files are parsed in your browser. When you request AI analysis, a compact aggregated summary and a small sample of rows are sent for that request.
In the workspace, saved workbooks and Power BI credentials are scoped to your account, and credentials are stored encrypted and used only to run queries on your behalf.
