Privacy policy

This page explains what GridMind processes, where it is stored, and how to have it removed.

Updated September 20, 2026

Data processed on the free tools

Files you load on the free tool pages are read in your browser. The file itself is not uploaded.

When you request AI analysis, the request sends a compact aggregated summary of your data — column names, inferred types, counts and basic statistics — together with a small sample of rows, plus the text you typed. This is used to produce the response for that request.

Data stored in your account

  • Your email address and authentication details
  • Workbooks you choose to save
  • Automations you create and their run history
  • Power BI connection details, stored encrypted
  • Payment records needed for your purchases

Power BI credentials

If you connect Power BI, the tenant, application and client secret you provide are stored encrypted and used only to request an access token and run queries on your behalf. They are never exposed to the browser after you save them, and you can disconnect at any time, which removes them.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal, which handles card and PayPal transactions. GridMind does not receive or store your full card number.

Cookies and local storage

GridMind stores an authentication session so you stay signed in. It is required for the workspace to function.

Your choices

  • Use the free tools without an account
  • Disconnect Power BI at any time from the workspace
  • Delete saved workbooks and automations from the workspace
  • Email support@gridmind.tools to request deletion of your account data
